At MWork, due to the nature of our construction materials and custom products, we do not accept returns once the items have been shipped. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders and reach out to us with any questions prior to purchase to ensure complete satisfaction.

In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping or there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
